Fulfillment Time: Because each item is custom crafted to order, please allow 3 to 7 business days for production before shipment.

Standard Delivery: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package is on the way.

Sizing Advice

Our apparel runs true to size. For a more relaxed or streetwear/oversized fit, we recommend ordering one size up. Please refer to the specific size chart on each product page prior to ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

Custom Orders: Because every piece is made to order, all sales are final. We cannot offer returns or size exchanges once an order has gone into production.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will replace eligible items or issue a refund immediately.
